The modalities that inform my practice are eclectic and derived from 15 + years of practicing in the Healthcare Sector.
I offer supervision to Counsellors, Nurses and other professional based on a reflective learning model.
Highlighting the functions of supervision, such as, restorative - promoting self awareness, and well-being, formative - learning and development of therapeutic modalities and ideologies, normative - promoting professional and ethical conduct.
Supervision is a critical time of in depth reflections to be had, focusing on the development of ethical practices and creating opportunities to reflect on personal and professional developments,
ultimately enhancing job satisfaction.
